Views: 5,5211 pound chicken boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
2 cans cream of chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom
4 soup cans of milk
2 cans biscuits
1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Put in 8x8 microwavable dish. Cover chicken with water. Cover dish with Saran Wrap and leave one corner vented. Microwave on high for ten minutes. Then, drain chicken.
2. Melt butter in large soup pan over medium heat.
3. Add onions and cook in butter until onions are translucent.
4. Add cooked chicken.
5. Add soups and milk stir well.
6. Break raw biscuit dough into 1 inch pieces. Roll each piece in flour and add to soup pot.
7. Allow soup to cook on medium heat for at least thirty minutes. If soup boils rather than simmers, turn down heat. Stir often.
This soup is very delicious! It is creamy and even kids love it. The biscuits make for easy and very good dumplings in this recipe.
